It is time for Australia to set its own agenda. The headline is not “Hug a peaceful Muslim”.
That denigrates and diminishes the faith of Muslims who are not Jihadist Terrorists.
HUG A MUSLIM – ON AUSTRALIA DAY
I am not asking you to hug Conquistadore Islamists who use terrorism in pursuit of dogmatic undiluted 7th Century Sharia to pursue a dominoe domination of the world and who aim their vitriol at non conquistadorian Muslims even more than at others.
Ordinary Muslims, Peaceful Muslims, Australian Muslims (on world’s best estimates) make up at least 75%, and maybe more like 90% of the 476,000 Australians who identify as Islamic. They are the Majority.
Let’s set the Agenda by not labelling them as some aberration of Islam by calling them the “Peaceful” ones. They are “Muslims”. “Australian Muslims” if you like.
It is the people who want to dominate and kill us who are, in 2015 Australia, the aberrations. There may be as many as 120,000 (25% of 476,000) of them in Australia, but more likely their numbers are at the lower end of the world estimate of 10% of the Muslim population and they may number as few as 5,000 in Australia. 800 people gathered at the behest of an “extremist group” at Lakemba the other day.
To call this many people extremist, or radical is to minimise the problem too much. They are part of the 25% of the 1.2 (maybe 1.6) billion Muslims world wide. They are not isolated, lone wolves but draw on, and feed back to, an international systematic Islamisation of the world by force. They are main stream and huge in numbers. Using the words extremist or radical pitifully fails to recognise the threat. Using their word “Jihadist” gives them a dignity they do not deserve. What they terrorise and torture for is not Holy.
They are conquistadores. They seek, power, domination, overlordship, rape and abuse of women and children in the extreme, death to all who resist and pillaging of the resources and wealth of others. They are also Islamic. Not fringe but between 10% and 25% of up to 1.6 billion people.
It is unreasonable to expect Australian Muslims to lead the battle against the Conquistadores. Non-Muslim Australians are already fearful of speaking out. Even before “Lindt” and “Charlie” 1 in 4 Australians were reported as uncomfortable about Islam in Australia. (March 2013 Joint Senate Committee Report).
Now I am told by my friends that I risk being “targeted” for daring to write on the issues. I understand it must be even harder for Australian Muslims to run the risk of being targeted by the Conquistadores if they speak out. It is unfair and unreasonable to expect all of them to.
It is the whole of Australia that must now set the agenda. We need our Governments, Federal, State and Local to resist the Conquistadores at every point. Our democratic legal processes need to faithfully target the problem people only.
Let us embrace and hug a Muslim on Australia day.
Let us eschew and target and battle and blame the “Islamic Conquistadores”.
