Dr Tim Soutphommasane
Race Discrimination Commissioner.
It is time stop free shots at me. I object to being called a racist. I object to being told I am currently conducting genocide. I object to being told that I am part of a legal system that imprisons Aborigines for no reason. I object to being told that Australia is not great and there is nothing to celebrate.
These accusations villify me. Insult me. Offend Me. Humiliate me.
That is not accidental. They are said for that reason.
I demand a public apology.
I sent my complaint to you at the Australian Human Rights Commission formally on Friday 9th March 2018.
This is my open letter to you, and the public. It is time for you to assist me in this complaint.
It is time for you to tell me and the public why it is, or it is not OK for me to be a punching bag.
NB: A few pages from the formal complaint which were blank or contained no information are not below
